1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by 914 Pilates and Wellness Studio (“Studio”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services
914 Pilates and Wellness Studio offers Pilates instruction, wellness programs, and related services. The Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or program at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration and Payment
All clients must complete registration forms and provide accurate information before participating in any classes or services. Payment for services is due as specified at the time of purchase. We accept payments in the forms listed at the time of transaction. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Classes and sessions canceled by the client must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund. Group class packages are non-refundable. Private sessions may have differing policies as outlined at the time of purchase. The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes; in such cases, clients will be notified and offered a make-up class or credit.

5. Health and Safety
Clients must consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or wellness program. Participation is at the client’s own risk. You agree to inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to participation. 914 Pilates and Wellness Studio is not responsible for any injury or health issues that may result from participation.

6. Personal Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other participants. The Studio reserves the right to deny service or remove any individual from classes or the premises for inappropriate behavior.

7. Waiver of Liability
By participating in Studio activities, you release 914 Pilates and Wellness Studio, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the Studio facilities or services.

8. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration and payment will be kept confidential and used only for service provision, communication, and Studio operations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by 914 Pilates and Wellness Studio, including exercise routines, instructional materials, and digital content, is the property of the Studio and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
914 Pilates and Wellness Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and notification may be provided. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which 914 Pilates and Wellness Studio operates.
